Santy Hernandez

Graphic Designer

Santy Hernandez was born in Guatemala. At a young age, she moved to the United States to reunite with her family and build a new life. For over 17 years, Santy has called Marin County home. During this time, she faced many cultural challenges. It was through these experiences that started her love for creativity and storytelling.

Santy’s dream is to connect people through art. She published her first children’s book, Don’t Show Off, at the age of 17. Her talents also extend into graphic design. She has created countless outreach materials to inform and celebrate  the local community.

In addition to publishing and design, Santy brings her vision to life through photography and filmmaking. She uses these mediums to tell stories of those who have lived similar experiences as she has or new ones that can inspire others to create change or become the change themselves.
