Opening Doors for Youth

Get Involved

Partners for Success mentors assist young people involved with the juvenile justice system, as well as their parents, to build a path to success. This includes help with completing probation requirements, graduating from high school, entering college and accessing employment opportunities. Mentors provide individual and group services, such as identifying and achieving individual goals, providing community service, and participating in positive social activities. Parent partners educate and empower parents, offering them tools and resources to work effectively with the juvenile detention, mental health, and health care systems.

Program staff have had similar life experiences as the families they work with, enabling them to provide effective assistance. We do this work in coordination and collaboration with staff from the Juvenile Division of the Probation Department of Marin and community partners. Our efforts are helping to create greater stability and quality of care for families and youth in Marin.
