My name is Jose Reyes, and I am born and raised in Richmond, CA. I initially started working with youth at Venetia Valley, and my journey has led me to this incredible opportunity to support and guide youth.

 

I originally wanted to be a police officer to be the change within my community, with time I started realizing there is no greater change than helping the next generation. What truly drives me is helping youth discover their passions and potential.

 

Over the years, I’ve seen how empowering and inspiring it can be to witness young individuals grow, face challenges, and achieve their dreams.

I’m passionate about creating an environment where youth feel encouraged to explore, ask questions, and develop unique skills. My goal is to share my experiences and insights to help the youth navigate their own path with confidence and enthusiasm.
