Javier was born and raised in Marin County. He has helped run sound for local theatre shows and community events all throughout the county. These events sparked his love for helping those in his community. Javier has dreamed of creating a studio for his community where people of low income can come to practice and record. He understands how expensive renting out studio space can be, along with having to buy the right gear. He believes that no one who wants to create art should be limited by money. As MCM’s Radio and Video Studio Coordinator, Javier hopes to build a professional and safe studio space for everyone to participate in.

Javier graduated from San Francisco State University in May 2021 as a Broadcast and Electronic Communication Arts major.
