Sagrario Cordova Ramirez
Sagrario was born in Chiapas, Mexico. She came to the US when she was 14 years old. She knew from a young age that she wanted to make a difference in her community, which led her to get involved in non-profit organizations. She worked at agencies including Canal Alliance, Huckleberry Youth Programs and Marin Community Clinics – always with the dream of one day opening her own agency focusing on helping the underserved.
Sagrario currently works at Marin’s Community School as a Learning Coach and Mentor. Growing up in a single mother household she knows firsthand the struggles many of the youth go through both financially and culturally. She hopes that by sharing a little bit of her story she can help inspire youth that might be going through similar experiences. Always with a Si Se Puede!
